Suitable both for novices and experienced athletes, this late season standard and sprint distance duathlon, including seperate 5k and 10k run, goes through the beautiful Althorp Estate, the ancestral home of the Spencer family for over 500 years.

Competitors who enjoy running and cycling through beautiful settings will enjoy the tree lined traffic free avenues of the Althorp Estate with the quiet roads between the Northamptonshire villages of Little Brington and Great Brington.
